Delivery information

Depending on your needs, we offer you three main delivery options; Standard Delivery and, Free Delivery and Self-Pickup. An order will only be processed when payment is approved. Delivery period stated is an estimate only. Please note that the delivery team does not handle cash and is not involve in the payment or quality assurance procedures. Regarding these matters please contact our customer service team at wines@hths.sg.
We provide home delivery services within Singapore only.

1. STANDARD DELIVERY

Monday to Friday (0900-1800)
Order made by standard delivery will be delivered in usually two working days after order is approved and payment is done.
Standard delivery is available for orders below S$ 200, delivery charge is S$ 10 per location.

2. FREE DELIVERY

Free delivery is available for S$ 200 and above of order per location.

3. SELF-PICKUP

Our Customers may choose to pick up their order at our warehouse at the following address:

Please make sure you will carry your delivery note with you once you would like to pick up your order.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once an order is processed, a delivery note including an identification number will be sent to you via email. You will then be able to call the delivery team in case you need further clarification:  +65 6771 1222

5. SHIPPING OUT

Once an order is shipped, our delivery service provider will deliver the product, we will not be able to stop the shipment. Please do contact us if you think your order is delayed. If our forwarder loses the package, or if the package is lost in the process of delivery, we will not be able to ship out replacement packages until our forwarder confirms that the package is lost. Without confirmation from our forwarder, we will not know for sure if you will get two shipments if we ship out another one. Another delay is if there is no one to sign for the package, every package we ship usually requires a signature, if a package is returned to us because no one was available to sign for it or the address was input incorrectly at the time you enter the order, you will be charged again to ship it out a second time.

Most orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the date of the order. Your order may be delayed if your address does not match with the delivery address you provide to us. We verify all addresses for protection against fraud. Due to the many circumstances, such as unable to charge your card or verify your address, we cannot guarantee when your order is shipped out.
